Tin Man Weight Loss
It
is common prior to my daily workout to sit quietly in my office and pray over
my workout… As I enter into God’s
presence in prayer I seek His protection from injury; and His strength would be
made perfect should my body become weak during my exercise session…
I had an amazing work out session one day, which is
guiding my hand as I write this article…
Before I share; I pose this question…
Do you believe God talks to those who desire to hear from Him? If you answered yes, get ready for some deep
revelation…
As I was training arms, I heard the Lord say,
“Tin Man”… I stopped and asked, “Did
you say Thin Man?” The Lord said, “No I
said Tin Man”… I stopped working out,
sat down and asked, “Lord what is it about Tin Man you want me to know? He said, “If you stay in the same place to
long you begin to rust; it is time to move forward”…
Well
I must tell you I think my arms grew at least one inch with that workout
alone… Now the best part came, if it
could get any better; what was Tin Man in search of? We all know; he was searching for a heart…
I
was blow away… So many times in fact
too many times I have lost my way when my efforts became too physically driven
and not guided enough by my heart… How
about you; are there times you physically make the effort, but your heart is
not one hundred percent into your work…
If we remain there too long like Tin Man, we will begin to rust…
If
I am talking to you, it is time to break out an oilcan, and start moving
forward again… Over two decades my
message to my clients has been holistic weight loss… A well-lubricated balance between spirit, mind and body, which
produces long lasting fat loss…
We do not need a mechanic to check our oil… To check how well lubed your efforts are;
ask yourself this question… Does all my
heart, with all my desire and all my physical ability, guide my effort? If you
answered yes, your weight loss efforts are closer to OZ than you think…
