More Than Weight Loss Your Next Meal Can Heal You

More Than Weight Loss Your Next Meal Can Heal You
Bible scriptures from thirty-five hundred years ago show man divinely inspired to write, "God would bless his food and water and take sickness from among them"... As a nutritionist, I have witnessed thousands of patients be restored to health from disorders ranging from gastric disturbances, intestinal conditions, type II diabetes, hypertension, obesity and more through proper nutrition… By developing a healthy nutritional lifestyle, we can bring balance and harmony back to our human existence and it can begin with the next meal you eat…
I met Carolyn a former college basketball star, who now in her forties was suffering from a severe case of Crohn’s disease… Her condition was so advanced she found herself eating only once per day and a flare up could happen at any time… When we met she said, “Coach I don’t know if you can help me”? Nothing I have tried seems to work… I remember saying, “Carolyn we are not going to treat your Crohn’s we are going to heal it”…
Well 12 weeks have gone by and Coach is blessed to report Carolyn is healed… She now eats four meals every day and flare up’s are a thing of the past… Oh, she also lost 27 lb. of body fat and her body fat percentage dropped from 40% to 27 %... Her energy has been restored and she no longer has to check for the closest bathroom… At her meeting today she said, “My doctor wanted your name and said maybe you can help other Crohn’s patients”… I just smiled because I know with God, everything is possible… God bless… Coachwww.thefatlosscoach.com

TIME WILL NO LONGER JUDGE YOU

TIME WILL NO LONGER JUDGE YOU

There is no bigger thrill the Coach receives then helping my clients reverse the hands of time and helping them into bodies they had many years ago, and sometimes never had at all… I receive strange looks of unbelief during first interviews when I explain glycation’s effect on aging and how I will teach them to become biologically younger… Eating right foods in right amounts at right times manage blood sugar and hormone and metabolic responses and slow down glycation in our bodies… We start to biologically age slower and in many cases reverse aging…
One special morning in prayer the Lord spoke these words to me… The Lord said, in this world you can not out run time… But you are not from this world; for in My Kingdom, time holds no judgment against you… God was saying to me your spirit does not grow old and He has blessed me with the knowledge to teach others this principle… We our spirit’s, which have human experiences and not the other way around… I have also been blessed with the wisdom to slow aging and its effect on metabolic disorders, which come with aging…
I am so happy to report the proof of this in the life of Leslie… When I met Leslie at 192 lb. and at 49% body fat and explained she was destined to be 135 lb. at 29 % body fat; she thought it was impossible at her age of 65 yrs. old… The fire inside the Coach ignites when I hear those words impossible; because I have been a witness with God all things are possible if we combine wisdom with faith in Him… I am so happy to report Leslie is now 133 lb. at 28% body fat… Yes, she has even surpassed her goal, and she’s not stopping there… She is now the size she was 30 years ago…
Its time to forget all the magic of quick fix solutions and grab hold of the MAJESTIC and combine knowledge with faith… May God stretch forth His Majestic right hand and may time no longer judge you… God bless… Coach www.thefatlosscoach.com
LOVE WILL GUIDE YOUR WAY
It is common for someone who is struggling making a lifestyle change to make this statement, “I know what to do, just can’t seem to do it all the time”… I never hear this from someone who loves his or her new healthy lifestyle… Why is it so important to love what you do? The answer will free you from the bondage of poor behavior…
Love will protect what you do, trust what you do, endure what you do, pursue what you do, but most of all keep you from failing at what you do… Love is so powerful it never fails us, we fail when we attach love to the wrong behavior… The sobering truth of life is there is a right and wrong way to living in our hormone and metabolic design… You either learn to live and enjoy the benefits of right, or suffer the consequences of wrong…
This morning I received this message from a client who loves her new healthy lifestyle… The message reads Coach: Excited for a holiday party I got to wear a dress I would never have chosen before now… The message is from Michelle who has lost 44 lb. of fat and dropped her body fat from 46% all the way down to 28%... Michelle loves her new healthy lifestyle and her new dress on her new body shows it… God bless… Coachwww.thefatlosscoach.com

LOVE ALWAYS WINS

LOVE ALWAYS WINS
This time of year this is one of the challenges Coach faces; Shiloh and Cyrus do not want to come into the house… Coach is on one side pleading with them to come in, and they are on the other side wondering why I don’t come out… Well in the end LOVE always wins out…

BEST EXERCISE TO BECOME LEAN IS TO STAY HUMBLE

BEST EXERCISE TO BECOME LEAN IS TO STAY HUMBLE

Over the years I believe one of the major roles of The Fat Loss Coach has been to teach my clients the role exercise plays in reaching their ideal body composition… When I create a program I customize the nutrition meal plan based on body fat percentage, activity level, exercise schedule, food preferences and any medical condition, which might exist… Most of the time new clients have too much emphasis placed on exercise and not enough on hormone responses to foods habits… They are quickly taught hours of exercise cannot compare with over 100 hours of hormone responses to blood sugar based on quality, amount and timing of foods consumed… In the simplest of terms, “you cannot outrun a bad diet”…
Once the program has been created my primary role then becomes coaching this new knowledge into a spirit, mind and body lifestyle… The meal plan goes from something my client is physically doing into someone they are becoming… Many of my coaching sessions are spiritually influenced, sometimes the message is so simple, but always profound…
One night a few years ago in prayer the Lord said to me, “Those with a humble spirit will receive the maximum of my Grace”… Most times there will be some type of confirmation in what I just heard… The next morning one of my friends who posts regularly about dog rescue posts his story of the day… Being a dog lover I read most of the stories, and this days was quite special… It was the story of an abandoned dog in Texas, he is from a town named Humble and the dog’s name is Max… Could the confirmation be any more special the dog is a Sheppard…
A humble spirit is a daily exercise of this is where I am and this is where I can improve… As we recognize our weaknesses before God; His grace and strength is made perfect in our weakness… God bless… Coach www.thefatlosscoach.com
YOUR WILL DETERMINES WHETHER LIFESTYLE OR DIET
During one of my counseling sessions recently a tremendous revelation occurred when I asked a client this question… What is the difference between a cowboy and a shepherd? I received a blank stare, because they both seem to perform the same job… They both bring a herd from one location to another… So where is the epiphany here, they both seem to do the same task? It is how they go about their task, the shepherd leads their flock and the cowboy drives their herd…
The shepherd is in front and the sheep’s will is to follow… The cowboy is behind the cattle driving them against their will… This is where the light turned on inside my client… Was her will to succeed losing fat leading her, or her desire to still resist preventing what she desired to accomplish from manifesting?
The same is true in our life journey with God… Do we have a relationship of love and empowered by God’s grace guiding our steps of obedience; or a religious spirit driven by laws which a hardened heart finds hard to obey… Love keeps us faithful to obey what we believe and obedience driven by law places a weight of responsibility, which will eventually led to disobedience…
When I meet a potential new client it is customary for me to say I can teach all the techniques to develop a healthy new lifestyle… When these skills are customized to the client based on body composition, activity level, exercise schedule, food preferences and medical conditions, it will produce dramatic results… They will experience stable fat loss, without the negative physical responses of dieting…
The client’s role will be to learn the new eating behavior and develop a will to be led by their new understanding… The challenge is to keep old behavior from returning… There are two simple words which reflect is our heart willing or resisting and they are want to and have to… So simple in fact, many times when we say these two different words, it seems like they have the same meaning… However want to reflect the heart’s desire to be lead and have to its reluctance and be driven…
You can be at your ideal weight… I have seen it happen thousands of times… The journey will consist of the footsteps of right foods, right amounts at least four times per day… When led by your will to follow what you believe, your will always finds a way… When pushed by rules of have to eventually you will find an excuse…
The question is the journey determined by the shepherd guiding you to your destiny of healthy lifestyle or cowboy driving you into a diet mentality resulting in failure? The shepherd would say, keep your heart pure, mind clear and body willing… God bless… Coachwww.thefatlosscoach.com

FAT LOSS DONE RIGHT !!!

FAT LOSS DONE RIGHT !!!
Does right feel wrong during weight loss? I know what you might be thinking. Did the Coach leave the car running in the garage too long today? Did he just say does right feel wrong during weight loss?
Well I did say it, and here’s why. So many times when I teach a new client the proper weight loss techniques of eating right foods, right portions, at least four meals per day, a common response during the first week is, feels like its not working. When in fact most lose at least two to three pounds of fat in first few days.
When I find out how they’re feeling they tell me, I feel full, feels like too much food, eating when not feeling hungry. All the feelings they never had when losing weight in the past. So even though they have been taught properly, right feels wrong to them.
Image for a moment I am a tennis coach, and I happen to come on the scene at the tennis courts and watch you hit an ugly backhand. As I instruct you how to hold the racquet in a slightly different position, the right grip feels wrong in your hand. Why? Because you have become comfortable with holding it wrong.
The same is true if you need to lose weight, your wrong eating habits feel right to you. Sounds strange, wrong feels right and you have become comfortable with wrong. If you’re serious about weight loss, its time to change eating habits. Not just the foods you eat, but also acquire what it feels like to do it right.
Now I not going to change the way you are holding your fork, just adjust what your fork is attached to. I will even take all the guesswork out of what to eat. Like any good coach, I am going to encourage you to practice, practice and more practice, because practice makes? PERMANENT. Got you, its perfect practice, which allows you to receive the perfect result, the body you always hoped for. So what will we practice? Going by what we believe and not how we initially feel.
So how does the proper eating belief form? By speaking it daily into existence, and it sounds like this. Each of my four meals makes me lean by controlling my blood sugar. Each portioned meal feeds my muscle and causes me to lose fat. Each quality food I eat, repairs my cells, provides stable energy and keeps me in hormonal health.
Does it sound like what you were saying the last time you went on a diet? Probably not and that is a big part of why it didn’t work, you went back to old habits or using my analogy, holding the racquet wrong.
Now I’m not your tennis coach, but my reputation as The Fat Loss Coach speaks for itself. I have helped thousands reach their ideal weight. You’ll look and feel your great, and best of all finally right will feel right, and because you lost the weight right, it will stay off. God Bless… Coachwww.thefatlosscoach.com
